There are a lot of things that you can do with the SpaceAPI, for example visualizing the opening state of your favorite space endpoint or even of all spaces in the directory. Other applications could include opening notifications pushed to your web browser, an LED that will switch color according to the room temperature or a widget for your website that indicates the number of people present.
